Placed order on the app and accidentally chose walk in instead of drive thru🤯. My car window is broken and won't go up so I don't feel comfortable leaving it in the parking lot to go inside. I already paid for my order why can't they hand it out the window? Why do I have to walk inside?????? Absolutely ridiculous. Makes no sense. Now I don't get to have the food I paid for.
Worst Dunkin’ to ever exist. Please shut down and close operations. YOU ARE GETTING PEOPLE SICK
If you drink coffee from anywhere else something is wrong with you.
Frank, Stanley and Leslie are my morning favorites. They always welcome me in and make sure my drinks are ready when I order ahead. They are a great example of what customer service looks like and I will always return!!!
