Never going anywhere else
This is the worst Dunkin location ever. The staff is rude and incompetent. I ordered 2 bags of coffee on the app and when they got to the store they told me they don't sell bags of coffee. I inform them I buy bags every few months from this location and they said they don't have any. They would not refund my money either because they didn't know how to. I refused to leave and 20 minutes later they refunded my money. I wasted 20 minutes and did not leave with any coffee. Another time, they gave me the wrong donut and also did... read more
AVOID AT ALL ALL COST. The place is unkept. Sticky tables, broken things by people around the area. Customer Service is non existent. The donuts look dry and the surfaces where they are placed look dirty. The cold brew tasted like a mess.
