I've been a regular at at least a dozen different Dunks over 30 years. This is by far, and it isn't even close, the best, most consistent, quick and friendliest location.
The young man who took my order inside immediately approached me as I approached counter. He was attentive and extremely courteous. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name, nor did I save my receipt. I was there on 1/13/26 @ 6:00 pm, if you want to give him kudos for his exceptional service.
I’m honestly impressed every time I come to this Dunkin’ on Ocean Park Road. The staff here are always ready with a smile, and they’re consistently polite, professional, and quick even during the busiest times. I stop in often, and they’ve never been anything but friendly and efficient. I’ve seen some negative reviews online and genuinely don’t understand them.
