This location is a Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin Robins Ice Cream combined. So, of course I had to have a Donut and Banana Split, both were great. The facility is very clean, and the Manager took my order, and she was very friendly yet professional. The staff were also very friendly and professional. While preparing my Banana Split, gloves were warn, and as could see, all health and safety requirements were followed. This location has a drive thru, inside and outside seating is available.

Amber was very unprofessional and lacked basic customer service and communication skills. We ordered a croissant and waited for about eight minutes before another employee approached us and asked if we were waiting on food. After asking what we had ordered, she checked and informed us that they were out of croissants—information Hamber could have communicated to us much earlier. This Dunkin’ is consistently disappointing. Almost every time I visit, they are out of croissants — no matter what time of day I go. It’s frustrating and shows poor inventory management. I end up leaving without what I actually came for. Definitely needs improvement.
