I use to work at one of the other Dunkin's in OKC before this one was ever thought of..we went out of the way for our customers I guess..over here when I order double chocolate cake for my roommate they always seem to be out but they they have chocolate glazed cake... Go to the back and throw some icing on it.. if you have the means to make a customer happy--do it..stop being lazy and take a little pride in customer service..
came this morning at 9 am and whoever was taking orders kept laughing to much i had to repeat myself 3 times and the older lady at the window was just flat out rude. will not be going back.
