I am a frequent customer of this particular Dunkin location and up until now have had an overall positive experience. However, today I went and tried to order the same thing that i usually do, a frozen coffee, and requested to have it made with whole milk instead of regular cream. I was told that this was not possible because the whole milk would curdle.
