I have tried this location several times since I moved to this area because it's the closest one to me but I will drive a few miles further to the one on Route 50 because the service here is terrible they seem to have new employees every week and the ones they have seem to be rude or disinterested at best. There's usually a homeless person sitting in the lobby. Yesterday I went inside there were 4 employees i could see and they basically ignored me for about 5 minutes as they served the drive thru. The morning kitchen is really understaffed and it took forever to take our order. We had to repeat our order multiple times and our order still came wrong. All of our drinks came like 3/4 full my sister’s drink came almost halfway full. Paid for medium and got a small in a medium cup.
Love the ice coffee and my dog loves the plain donut.
