I asked for matcha latte less ice. Got mocha latte. They redid the order. Gave me nearly a full cup of ice. I corrected them on that yet they just smiled and acknowledged my request and correction but still did not redo the excessive amount of ice in the drink.
Staff was warm and welcoming. Floors arent the cleanest though and no papertowel in bathroom and tables weren't cleaned between customers use.
