Went to this location and ordered some items to include Iced Strawberry Lemon Loaf. I pull up to the window to pay the woman. I pulled off and noticed that she hadn't given me the Strawberry Loaf. I pulled around again to the window and waited patiently for someone to come. I tapped on the window and the same woman came to the window and asked in a very rude way if she could help. I visit this Dunkin often and always experience the same problem….. very disappointing !! I refuse to go there anymore. The management is an absolute joke! They could care less about customers. Natalie and the owner (Bruce) are negligent to caring for paying customers. The attitude at this location is nasty and disturbing. I have a pending case with the Dunkin corporate.
