Unfortunately, the Dunkin’ location closest to our home consistently provides terrible service. The wait times are always extremely long, and they never get our order right. We say we don’t want egg, they add egg. We say we absolutely don’t eat bacon, they still include bacon. It’s very clear that something is not being managed properly at this branch, and many other reviews mention the same issues. I truly hope someone from management sees this and takes it seriously.

Most DD are the same and service is ordinary but today’s experience told me that this person deserves a shout out. Nandani, an employee who stood out from the rest. As I sat there and had my coffee, I observed her positive energy and hospitality from the minute I walked in.
