“Completely unacceptable experience. On August 6, 2025, around 4:24 PM, I came to resolve an issue from the day before when I was given stale donuts. I had two small children with me and even offered to pay for fresh ones, but the woman claiming to be the manager refused to help, refused to give her name, and spoke to the general manager (Crystal Domingo) on speakerphone in an unprofessional tone. Missing several things from a traditional menu.
We were eating and we noticed that the donuts weren't covered and there were flies touching the donuts and the employees didn't do anything about it.
