Staff lied about their drink offerings. Claimed a drink on the fall menu was “discontinued” although it is only October 3rd. After asking again, they continued to say it was discontinued at all locations. Which is not true because I drove to another location to get the drink I wanted. I always have issues with this Dunkin.
Received wrong order, the guy at the drive thru act like he was annoyed because I asked to replace the donuts because there were wrong and then still received the wrong donuts! Will not return!!
Very nice Dunkin’ location, and really nice staff
Store is very unorganized. Customer service sucks. My orders are never done how i ask. Been there 3 times and all 3 times food was not cooked properly and drink was not good.
