Great,as usual at a DD
If I could give a 0, I would because the service is just that bad. We sat at the drive thru speaker for like 10 minutes before I someone said anything. Then the first thing we hear is HELLO HELLO, rushing us to order. Whoever was manning the window didn’t know what a snack wrap was and then they said they were out of snack wraps. I had to leave , and won’t be back!
I was missing food and did not get what I ordered. I received something totally different.
I go here everyday. I pretty much know everyone that works there. They make my coffee very good Always. They have it ready for me at all times. The morning crew is fast & great. I'm definitely known there. I'm a mobile App user.
I decided to stop by this Dunkin’/Baskin location for the first time because it was convenient, but I’ve learned that convenience doesn’t always mean quality. I am beyond disappointed with the lack of customer service and transparency at this location. I went through the drive-thru and ordered six donuts—four Long Johns and two strawberry frosted.
