The service was horrible, we came in the morning for breakfast and the woman was already rude off the bat. She was the only problem though, everyone else was kind. We had just gotten unlucky to have her serve us. When we ordered a $5 meal deal, my dad simply asked if it was possible to exchange the coffee with a water. She started explaining in an arrogant tone and when we checked the register it said she had charged us $11. This franchisee has at least three stores within 10 minutes of my house in One Direction or another. If I have a problem with an order and try to call them, I have literally never in 4 years been able to get them to answer the phone. It will ring for 10 minutes and it never goes to voicemail. This is very angry making.

This Dunkin is beyond filthy inside of the facility, and what’s even worse is the drive thru is the SLOWEST one in the town of Norwich. I don’t think I have ever gotten my order correct here and have been given drinks with nuts I’m Allergic too with it not being worth going back in to have it corrected because I’ve already waisted 30 mins to get the wrong order. Legit half a mile down the road you have a better Dunkin, a Starbucks, and a Wendy’s all are better options.
