The staff seems very unorganized and the wait times in the drive-thru take a lot longer than the other dunkin' donuts in montville that I go to.
I went in for a dozen donuts and a cappuccino Worker no gloves emptied the garbage then went to make my cappuccino WITHOUT washing her hands, says I always do it!She refused to make another one so another worker made it. It was Valentine's day around 11am. Not much variety of donuts and worker was rude I will never go there again
Closed early so I was not served the On-The-Go order I had paid for despite getting there 30min prior to their scheduled closing. The employee present was not apologetic about the situation
They know how to do their jobs.
