Did not have what I wanted, and I waited over 20 minutes for my sub-par order.
Over 20 minutes for an iced coffee and donut. Somehow milk and sugar is too complicated of an order because it was still messed up
Highly recommend this particular dunkin in Norwich. Not because they’re good but they’re consistently so bad it’s actually impressive. It’s like watching Angel Reese highlights. Continuous misses after rebounding their own shots and thinking they’re doing well. You will ironically be expectedly disappointed. Just got a cold brew and a donut. Very angry! Cold foam on my cold brew was cuddled and the glaze on my donut was melted 😡 getting tired of wasting money at dunkin to throw everything away. I think I'll be going to Starbucks from now on
