Never have donuts stocked they run out by 930am and you will literally wait 35 mins in line before someone even acknowledges you. A guy the other day said to employee he has been standing here for 45 mins and her response was “k and ive been standing here the past 5 hrs”. Lol wild. Horrrrrribleee id never go here agann in
Went there today and the staff had you wait 10 minutes while they talked to someone through the drive through window and exchanged clothes. I just left at that point.
I ordered from here through Uber Eats today and did not get the food that I ordered, the receipt was correct but the actual order that came only had the drinks and when I tried to call Dunkin Donuts 3 times I couldn't get through to anyone
This Dunkin is by FAR the worst one I have ever ordered from. They have messed up my order every. single. TIME. I am not blaming the employees because I assume it is the management as to why they are not trained or know what they are doing. The drive through takes very long to go through as well. I don't know how they are still open.
