took about 15 minutes to make it to the drive thru window and i was waiting for over 20 minutes for my fast food
TODAY - THIS place has some major issues with service and employee who doesn't know how to make the drinks. Ordered a signature latte iced and it was made by a young boy who was too busy with his phone and eating his food rather than a paying customer. Ordered the drink in drive thru, he didn't put cinnamon or caramel on top of whipped cream. I asked him if he could kindly add. He took cup and added the two.
