The staff are always very friendly and welcoming here. The drinks are always made right. The inside is usually quiet and can be a great place for a meeting or quiet break
Great customer service and the coffee I had was delicious
food is fine. they don't really listen to special instructions (ie: light ice) here, often deliver the wrong donuts, but the employees are very nice and extremely fast (especially during the morning rush!!). my only real complaint has been seeing black fingernails on the drive thru worker today 🤢
