The girl was up in her nose (picking it) and on her phone while we walked inside. 20 minutes to close (I get it, you want to leave) but working food service means you get customers sometimes until the last minute. When we asked about ice cream (on the baskin robbins side) she proceeded to stutter over herself and say they were “closed” for cleaning and made a face suggesting it was too gross to eat at. Super disappointed with the service, definitely see why it has a 3 star rating.
I love Dunkin', for me it always represents America. Today I had coffee and a bagel here, the girl at the counter was super nice and friendly, a little chat and a smile can really brighten your day. Dunkin' is a reliable choice, and the girl was an added bonus.
I typically get quick service everytime but then again I'm up earlier than most.
DO NOT GO HERE Horrible attitude for no reason, should've just left. Coffee tasted burnt and not the right flavor.
I'm a regular loyal customer to this location. I Ordered a cookie butter cloud latte that had zero flavor. When I politely mentioned it, the manager got defensive and insisted she added the syrup instead of offering to fix it. She made it into a weird power struggle over syrup.Customer service should be respectful and solution focused..Mistakes happen, attitude doesn’t need to. Very disappointing experience.This interaction made me uncomfortable and completely turned me off from what should’ve been a quick and pleasant stop.... read more
