Come here a few times over this year , the workers always either seem like space shots or don’t want to interact with you. I always say thank you and am met with death glares with no response beyond that. Coffee cups always sticky and spilling. Drive though window area always has trash and is dirty looking. Yikes. It’s like they hate the job but mindlessly do the bare minimum to stay employed.
Great service and very kind workers! Although I got a strawberry dragonfruit refresher today and it tasted spoiled, which was disappointing.
This Duncan is one of the cleanest positive Duncan I've ever been to the crew is amazing they always get my order rights and the store manager Stacey is amazing at what she does she's always putting 110% in to the store and like I said I highly recommend Lakeville Dunkin donuts is definitely #1.. thank you for all to all the workers for such a great job you do
Nice clean store with friendly staff
Only doing mobile orders in the drive thru? I understand if the speaker wasn’t working but they straight up said either order on your phone or come inside. No thanks. So unprofessional.
