Incredibly rude staff. A woman named Karen who worked overnight refused to hand me my drinks even though they were pre paid through the mobile app. She told me to “figure out a refund” and shut the drive thru window on me. It’s actually illegal to not give the items that a customer has paid for and I hope that Dunkin’ takes responsibility over hiring someone like that. The barista with the mustache is really really cute and tbh that’s probably the best iced peppermint mocha I’ve ever had But the drive thru was pretty slow ngl so points deducted

There is an employee there who works nights named Karen who is an absolutely terrible person, had me and my family sit at the speaker with nothing but silence for multiple minutes and then I drove up to the window thinking maybe their systems were down just for Karen to tell me to “wait at the speaker longer next time” and “go ahead and go back around.” which is crazy because i’m staring at my mobile order which I paid for and she refused to give it to me.. Ended up getting so frustrated that I left without anything.

Dislike their watered down coffee
