Went yesterday for an iced latte..paid for and ordered oat milk, got regular milk and have been sick all night and this morning. Rude male who didn’t even notice my payment didn’t go through…had to chase him down to pay. Now that I’m sick I wish I would have just left without paying. Ordered large coffee and 6 stale donuts and paid $18… I’m no psychic but I have a feeling this location won’t last much longer, and the employees who dont want to be there won’t have to be haha Store was completely empty. Drive thru is extremely slow!
I've been going to this location for the last 15 years and today it was the worse service ever, they got to stop hiring kids to do these type of food services. Today I wasn't acknowledged once I got there even if the worker looked at me 4 times. After I ordered, I got my food in 5 mins but then I had to wait about 40 mins for 2 coffee drinks. It was an unbelievable day, that even customers was about to go into a fist fight with several workers. Unprofessional
