Shayna was sooooo nice and she treated us very well. If u walk in and see her know u will have the best dunkin experience EVER. This dunkin has changed my life. I’m so grateful for Shayna. I frequent this dunks all the time. Always had the best interaction with the workers in the drive thru. Today (Sunday 2/1) about 11:30-12:00 I had the rudest younger guy in the drivethru. He didn’t say a word to us once. No greeting. Ripped my card out of my hand and then handed us 2 drinks that were disgusting looking. Great service, but I asked for DECAF, got something labeled DECAF, and it is clearly full of caffeine. Luckily, this is not a safety issue for me, but I can imagine this may cause issues for caffeine sensitive people.
