We waited 30 min in the drive through for our food we saw employees on their phones horrible
Can't believe anyone would rate this franchise more than one star. It's actually gotten worse over the last couple of months. Shame on me for going back and expecting a different outcome.
absolute worst dunkin i’ve ever been to in my life whole staff was rude and obnoxious to EVERYBODY screaming and talking and not making the food. waited 20 minutes for 2 wake-up wraps on a mobile order while the kitchen staff talking about “whether their getting a niece or a nephew” place should honestly just be closed down
Drive through, they gave you what they want , it doesn’t matter what is your order. They don’t listen and get to right order from you.
On June 29th at 2:54 was ignored for over 15 minutes by staff never been treated this way before at a Dunkin before
