Staff is always extremely rude. Haven’t had a good experience in months here.
Horrible service this morning. Horrible line. Ice cold sausage on my sandwich. Wakeup wrap had no bacon. They got my order wrong, had to wait 20 minutes to let them know they forgot my sausage croissant sandwich. 4 employees asked me what was wrong??? Communicate to eachother its not that hard? This staff couldn't rub two rocks together to save themselves. The amount of brain power behind that window was non-existent today. The female employee working the drive through with the septum nose piercing is rude and should not work in customer service. Not only was she grumpy on the drive through speaker but she was bad mouthing me so loudly that I could hear her at the drive through window. My wife had to stop me from screaming at her. Everyone else who works there is always polite. I don’t understand what her problem is but you guys should probably fire her before she upsets the wrong person.
Went up to the drive-through around 9:25 As I was seeing in line for my order to be taken, I wondered why everyone order was taking so long until the guy in front of me hold up to order and I could hear someone on the speaker so give me one minute I could do not I sat there for seven minutes on top of the 20 minutes mind you there were only 4 other cars in front of me , I had already sat there and she did not even start to take his order I left. Dunkin is way better coffee than Starbucks. Sorry. I find Starbucks coffee to be bitter. Plus, aI can get donuts
