Just went through the Dunkin at Lorain and cook rd and got to window and they couldn’t find my order. Turns out I ordered on the mobile app from the wrong location. The nice young lady asked her manager to help and the manager Avery greeted my nicely and said no problem he would have it made for me. I had a lot going on in that moment and it meant a lot to receive such great customer service despite my mistake. Great work Dunkin!
Service takes way toooo long.
Staff is always extremely rude. Haven’t had a good experience in months here.
