100% recommend finding somewhere else to get your Dunkin fix. New location in coralville opened up and they are actually competent. Prior to that location opening I had no choice but to use this one and they are completely incompetent. 10 times out of 10 visits my order is wrong. Forced to go to that location this am 03/09/2025 and naturally, order is missing items. The employee looked at me like I was lost when I stayed at the window to check thru my order, and was less than polite when I told her that she was missing items... read more
The lobby is always closed
Always have the best experience when I through the drive through to get my coffee!
Two times in a row that got donuts from this location and they are stale. And they say that they don't make their donuts. I guess someone else makes them for them and brings them to them. Guess I won't be getting any more from them.
