Went here on a Saturday just after 1 p.m. No donuts, no bagels. Ordered hashbrowns because I was starving. It took forever to receive my order and the woman preparing them dropped a lot on the floor. She didn't apologize or offer to replace them. Terrible experience, long wait and didn't receive my full order. Will skip this Dunkin in the future.
Walked in and saw six employees on the service floor and nobody waiting in line at the front counter. I got excited because there was no line and all I wanted was a medium hot coffee. It took over ten minutes for me to be acknowledged. You had me wait awkwardly for service while six employees worked the drive-thru, online orders etc. If you cannot prioritize your guests equally that is a problem. I didn't mind waiting but a simple "we'll be right with you" or "good morning please hold"....something....anything. I'm a paying ... read more
Great customer service. Drinks are on point. My only gripe is I ask for my bagels toasted and they never are. Please use a toaster. The turbo ovens don't toast properly. And please put napkins in the bag. I shouldn't have to ask for napkins. That should be automatic. If you can address these basic issues I'll be back. Thank you and take care.
My coffee was Great, I go to this location frequently and enjoy seeing most of the employees. The employees that work the front counter, like Denise and Shannon, are so pleasant. They are the reason I keep coming back.
