I ordered a dozen glazed, and what they gave me was at LEAST day old's. They were hard and stale. No way they can convince me they were made fresh today. And if thats even the case, the food is atrocious. These ppl are also pretty rude. Would not recommend.
In the drive-through, I ordered three things. When I got to the window, I give my payment and I have to leave a tip before I get my food. Mistakenly I left a tip. My order was incorrect three times. I still left with the wrong order, but I was exasperated. The food was mediocre. The coffee was hot Americano and was normal.
Yall suck for taking that little girls dunkin vip card from the customer lying about not being able to give it back SNAPPING IT IN HALF and THROWING IT OUT
Easily the worst Dunkin' I’ve been to. Thought I’d give them a third chance to redeem themselves, but they blew it. I asked for a dozen donuts split into two 6-count boxes because they were going to separate places. Instead of just saying "sure," they told me they’d have to charge me extra for the second box. Managers will take your reusable keychain coupon and snap it in half. Coupon literally says can be used once a day (meaning more than once) but the manager will lie and say you can only use it once then break it and throw it away. Don't go here
