It’s just coffee. Not rocket science. “Extra ice. Please fill it to the the top with ice.” Been like this for years.
What a joke. I come to this Dunkin’ multiple times a week and order the exact same drink. never had an issue until today. It came out looking like straight milk, so I asked for less milk and the employee tells me, “We can’t add less milk.” Seriously?? What does that even mean? It’s a liquid, not a law. On top of that, he tells me the manager’s policy is to give a refund if someone doesn’t like their coffee instead of just making it right?
