They lied about what was in my drink. I can understand if I ordered something wrong. But I saw how my drink was being made. They put 4 pumps of mocha into a cold cup and some milk then stirred then Ice. I asked if there was any coffee added They said yes. I asked more specifically was there any shots of espresso added to the latte (which I ordered to be a hot drink BTW) she had to turn around and ask another worker how many shots she put in the drink she just made. I've ordered Nitro Cold Brew in-person here, which by default shouldn't come with ice, but this location keeps upcharging me a "no ice" fee when it shouldn't come with ice. When I've ordered online they add ice and there's no way to indicate no ice online because it already shouldn't have any ice .
With all honesty If I could’ve give this place zero starts I would. The people that are at the register are rude. Like I get that you may be tired but at least seem a bit engaged in the conversation. The bathroom on the other hand, doesn’t have toilet paper or hand soap. The staff looked at me weirdly like I had stole something. All I wanted, was just to be attended nicely, without having to feel uncomfortable.
