Very rude. I use to come in here all the time. But a new lady there makes me not wanna come in. I don’t wanna be rude but she’s just absolutely mean.
Whoever was working drive thru at 10:24am on 8/21/26 got an attitude over trying to explain 2 different type of coffee I wanted whether it was latte or chiller. First time coming to this location and definitely the last. Figure it out.
Cannot believe they sent this out the door. Even the kids noticed that they looked bad.
I went through the drive-thru and there were two employees that were SO kind! They greeted me with smiles and I could tell this specific Dunkin’ had good vibes lol they made sure I had everything I needed and then some. It was the most positive experience I’ve ever had in a drive-thru, so it garners a positive review! I wish I knew their names so I could shout them out, but I hope they know they really made my day 😊🧡
