What a terrible service, I just asked the cashier to repeat what she said , and she yelled at me and all her coworkers started laughing, bad service, very bad service, I would never go to this location at this time. The cashier's mouth was full of chewing tobacco. Bad service
was immediately put off when my girls and i were given attitude when trying to place three seperate orders at the drive thru. we keep it extremely cute and respectful when it comes to interacting with customer service workers so just know nothing we did prompted the woman on the speaker to act like that. we simply ordered 3 drinks and 3 food items with no one in front of us… had to wait 20 minutes… okay. i attempted to use 900 reward points for a free drink to which the man at the window stated that my drink was not eligible... read more
got there, no line mind you.. we did 3 separate orders and miss gurl wanna catch an attitude from the jump.. like? your job is customer service and hospitality? anyways took forever to order, miss gurl kept saying “one moment” dang how many moments you need? anyways finally finished taking our order just to wait 20 minutes at the window for 3 drinks and 3 food items (p.s. none of it was good) drinks? MID. food? COLD not even microwaved just defrosted. lame aaaah dunkin
