I added a drink at the drive-through and was met with a rude tone and passive-aggressive comments. I understand it might’ve been inconvenient, but the way it was handled felt unprofessional and unnecessary.
The woman working the drive-thru cash register in the morning is always friendly, which I appreciate. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff has been consistently disappointing. I ordered an iced cappuccino, but what I received seemed more like blended ice with coffee and chocolate “frozen coffee “ from their menu —definitely not what I asked for. I don’t know why they’re not listening properly I ordered mango pineapple refresher with less ice but they put extra ice even though on glass printed label showing less ice it’s happened with me several times
