Never in my years of ordering drive thru that I was met by a lazy employee who only extended his arm right on the window and watched me struggle to grab my HOT drink. I was managed to grab the drink with the tip of my fingers. It could have ended badly. And he turned around and goes back to have a conversation with his coworker. Reading
Thursday, May 1st at around 8:45am, I walked in to order my coffee and very clearly said I wanted a SMALL. My drink is ready and it’s in a medium cup, so I grabbed my receipt from the register. The man who rung me up charged me for a medium when I specified I wanted a small. No one should be scammed for something they DO NOT want. This is not right.
