Accidentally got my order wrong, when I ordered again they gave me extras and wrote a sorry note! 10/10 I forgive you guys (basically read my mind I was planning on ordering munchkins already THANK YOU)
Where do I begin? I bought two bagels, a wake up wrap and hash browns. The bagels are clearly two days old and need to be microwaved in order to be edible. That alone is enough never to get my business but let’s continue. The hash browns were burned beyond consumption. Straight to the garbage. I am editing my review from 2 yrs ago. Customer service has made some pretty big positive improvements - the service is much more friendly and they make a great dunkalatte! I can finally come back again.
terrible customer service here won’t even help you with their own mistakes. What a joke of a store
