Love coming to this location Even though they not doing sandwiches because of renovations they are always so polite and nice I come here for my coffee because the workers at the Jay Street location are very rude and disgusting but coming here i feel nice and welcomed
On 5/21/24, I placed a mobile order (#5807) (Court Street, Brooklyn) for a Wake up wrap (sweet black pepper bacon, egg and white cheddar cheese) and a decaf medium iced latte with whole milk, hazelnut flavor and sweet n low. The male employee who made my order...I should have asked his name...pleasant and professional. That was very important since it was around 545am. Not to mention, my latte was yummy (second time he has made it for me) and my breakfast sandwich was just right. Keep up the good work.
This branch should shut down to be honest or make it automated. They never got our orders right. The lady at the counter should learn how to listen to the customers' order before talking. I ordered the $5 meal and my husband ordered a large cold brew. She gave me an option for the wraps (bacon or sausage)- then she told me there's no bacon 🤣🤣🤣 thank you for giving me the options lol. Unfortunately I got food poisoning from a latte I got from this shop. Though the worker was nice, I would be cautious ordering from here.
