I come there throughout the week and it’s always a long wait time for food and drinks. Your order can be right in front of them and they will say it’s not until they want to give it to you. The staff is rude and unprofessional. One of the girls is always on her phone at the register. I wish they would open another location so I can stop going to this one!
I visited this location yesterday and ordered two things, a coffee and a maple bacon croissant. They both tasted great! The coffee was one of the best I’ve had from any dunkin I’ve visited to date (and I’ve been to a lot). Today I ordered the same items and while the maple bacon croissant held up, the coffee was absolutely terrible, it tasted like gasoline or some chemical that shouldn’t be consumed by a human. My guess is there’s a different staff working today than there was yesterday, these folks might need some retrainin... read more
