Used to love going here, but recently service seems to be going down. Ordered pickup and waited over an hour once there, only to find out they forgot something, waiting even longer. Then while eating a sandwich, found out they left the paper that usually comes from the individual cheese slices inside 🤦♀️ so had a mouthful of that.
This location has to be the worst dunkin I’ve been too in my entire life, every single order i get is wrong and coffee taste like dirty water. Food is undercooked no one in that store cares
I always come here and it’s always a hit or miss. They never make the ice coffee the way someone asks for it. It’s either to dark or no flavor even though i ask for extra milk it’s still dark.
they gave me wrong drink.
