Last week I came late at night, ordered a caramel frozen coffee and something tasted off, so I came inside and Gavin was the only one on shift, he was extremely kind and apologized profusely for what happened. Super nice and professional kid.
Insanely slow. Me and my friend waited 20 minutes for 2 coffees and food that they could not even get right. They were out of something that I ordered. And instead of cold foam they put whipped cream on top. The absolute worst service I have ever experienced at any dunkin. Everybody behind the counter was yelling at eachother.
