Good Dunkin, good coffee and donuts.
Bad! The person who was in the front desk charged me for two coffees when I ordered just one decaf and then I explained to her that I just wanted one decaf and she kept repeating the same, I paid for two coffees and they were not even decaf, so disappointed and frustrating. Put people who understand speak English in the front desk, not people who order whatever they want and costumers have to pay for their mistakes. Bad service!!! Unacceptable!!
Employees have no sense of urgency or care at all 0/5
