I have lived in Massachusetts my whole life, probably placed a thousand orders at dunks all across the country. Never in my life have I been lucky enough to be made a sandwich by the lovely lady working as the baker here in Newton. Getting off the pike and heading to a dunkin donuts never felt so exciting. This DD is okay. There are times I experienced good service and sometimes not. They're good overall and I would go there again. I didn't have food only coffee. But, in the past the food was okay. I'll rate from past experience.
Today, I visited Dunkin' Donuts and noticed that the owner seemed upset. He walked away from the cash register, leaving me to wait for about 10 minutes without any assistance. I eventually had to ask for help to place my order because I was in a rush to get my son to school and wanted to give him breakfast first. After waiting, I had to request a doughnut from one of the staff.
