I ordered 7 donuts and politely asked if they could put them in a box. The employee rolled their eyes, seemed annoyed, and refused without any explanation. It wasn’t about the box—it was the attitude. Customer service should be respectful. Very disappointing.
Very rude stuff. This morning I ordered and I told them I will be back in a few minutes and when I came back the girl said “We thought you left.” It was literally a few minutes later. Then she proceeded to say “Well you shouldn’t have left.” And I asked for the manager and they said he wasn’t there. There’s honestly always some issue in this place I’ve complained to the manager before too but he doesn’t seem to care that much..:(
Bought 15 croissants this morning. When I opened the boxes I realized they’d only packed 11…
