They have one really untrustworthy employee. We all know Cash & Cards have a different price,Right..? Well even if you pay in cash,he still tries to charge you the card price(and they have big pastries with very little filling).
Very chaotic. Went in twice in a few days and both times something from my order was not given to me and I had to stand around until I could get an employees attention. None of them seem to know how to work the register, and the girl who is normally by the pickup area is very rude when you ask her any question at all. Will not be returning to this location even though it is the closest one to me. Their attitude is not worth it and they barely ever get your coffee order right anyways. Better off going literally anywhere else.
The service is slow.You have to repeat yourself when you speak to them.And nine out of ten times to have to check before you leave , because they will have forgotten something or giving you the wrong item. They also like to sell you the stale overstock.
