Very rude servers, I went to make an order and use my customer loyalty points. The server did not inform me to wait to scan and yelled “I’m working here!” at me because I wanted to use my points. Very aggressive behavior so I asked for a manager which he would not provide. His name is Ashur if he didn’t lie to me. Dissatisfied experience and employees need coaching on how to provide better customer service.
I would just like to say yesterday my mom went to this dunkin and she was going to order a bacon egg and cheese, she told the employee so that she can make her order, instead the employee stereotyped her as a Muslim women just because she was wearing a Indian suit and started speaking to her in Urdu and saying “bacon? thats haram”. Do not buy their bagels if u. Want them toasted the bagel I order wasn't toasted at all it was cold very disappointed
