There is an employee at night today (10/19/2025) they are supposed to close at 10pm, I arrive at 8:59pm and she tells me that she has already closed the area of ice cream shakes that she closes early that area. and she did not make them I couldn't compare 10 ice cream shakes I left my house for nothing. all thanks to her. the customer service is horrible. if I lose sales like this because of an irresponsible employee.
Unfortunately, I have to keep coming to this Dunkin’ because it’s the only one close to my house and my mom really enjoys the strawberry ice cream. Recently, I noticed that a Dominican employee I hadn’t seen in a while seems to be back working here. Sadly, her attitude is always terrible. She constantly looks angry, acts bitter, and provides very poor customer service. It honestly feels like she hates her job. I know I sound harsh, but the way she treats customers is unacceptable.
