The team this morning were super friendly and great.
Overall, it’s a lovely place to stop by, coffee, and enjoy friendly service. Keep up the good work, Dunkin’! I look forward to visiting again. ☕😊

This is a highway stop in. The bathrooms are always out of order. It’s ridiculous. They put a sign up just for the hell of it. It’s always out of order. New York State needs to figure out what they’re doing with their rest areas because they all suck.
Walked in to use the bathroom and get a snack. Bathroom had blood on the floor and on the toilet seat, hair and grime by the handle, absolutely filthy, no soap at the sink so employees aren't washing. I noped the hell out of there. Would like to give negative stars.
