I had the privilege of enjoying their espresso recently, and I must say—it did not disappoint! ☕️ The manager and the team offered customer service that was truly next level—friendly, efficient, and welcoming from start to finish. It’s always refreshing to see a team that clearly values their customers. I’m definitely looking forward to trying more of their coffee selections in the near future. Whether you're stopping by for a quick caffeine boost or just to unwind, this Dunkin' is worth a visit!
I ordered an iced cappuccino with 1 pump caramel, 1. When the lady gave it to me it was WHITE it looked like milk with water, I asked if she could make it darker which she supposedly did but it saw no difference the 2nd time. 2. The ice is supposed to be BLENDED a little bit & frothy on top, & mine WASNT. I again asked if she could blend the ice & she said no because they only blend frozen drinks????
