Every single time I go (only when I get gifted a card because of this very reason) the whole staff is rude and has told me straight to my face they will not make my drink how I order it. I ask for cream in all my sparkling waters and was told they will not do it because they don’t know if I like it and they don’t want to take the drink back if I don’t. I wouldn’t be ordering it that way if I didn’t like it.
I just got served ants on the top of my drink which can be clearly seen really disgusting and the health department will be made aware
The workers are absolutely rude they get mad because they messed up your order or there out of something
My food was messed up 4 different times!!! 4? Like seriously? Then my friend ordered food and everyone went into the back nobody was even to be seen it took over 10 minutes to get!!! I’ve worked at dunkin even this one and this is just ridiculous!
