I hit the drive through once every week. The morning team is always friendly and accommodating.
Incredibly rude. I pulled up to the drive thru and asked for a moment to check out the menu - I had never been to Dunkin donuts before. They didn't give me 30 seconds before asking if I was ready multiple times. It's not like I was taking a long time. What took me longer, is when they purposely made the menu screen blink on/off. I have industry experience, so I have zero tolerance for rudeness. I hope every time yall sit on the toilet it's ice-cold, and you run out of toilet tissue.
Most of the time my order is wrong. I expect what I crave, right? Disappointment is not it.
I came through the drive thru on my way to work to grab a croissant sandwich before work with hash brown’s. My sandwich bwas over cooked … burnt brown my hash browns were undercooked and mushy. Broke off in my hands. I called the store when I left to tell them. I was told they could remake it, biy I had no time to go back as I would be late for work.
