I come to this dunkin almost everyday,no problem but today I order my drink through the app. I go in the girl sits a drink down with the receipt behind the counter instead asking my name,another young lady after a few minutes asks me my name.very unprofessional
The service is the best part of my visit. The Ladies are friendly and the coffee/food is good.
Poor management the only good people there is Val and Haley
