They are slightly higher priced on the same items I get in Monroe NC and Rock Hill SC. The staff was friendly and apologetic for not having the skim milk I ordered for my iced coffee. Running out of skim milk seems to be the norm, it happens in Rock Hill (Dave Lyle) also. 2% was just as good. I will come back again even though they are more expensive.
waited in the drive thru to order for 5 mins at the speaker. when we arrived at the window the little white girl kept cutting us off and seemed inconvenienced by our requests, to do her job that she chose. kept giving us the wrong order and was just rude. it’s never been like this when we went before.
This Dunkin is the slowest service in history, totally rediculous,35 min wait for 2 ice coffees
Their frozen coffee machine is “broken” most days and the people that service the window really don’t like their job and it shows they don’t smile they don’t say anything to you and they have an attitude.
