I never had a bad experience with dunkin. The staff is always so nice and friendly and welcoming. From the gentleman that handled my dozen donuts to the curly headed lady with the bright smile and the manager with the excellent customer service to the barista with the pink and blue in her hair serving up a perfectly crafted refresher and coffee drinks, it really has become one of my favorite spots.
