We ordered a iced caramel latte, and they forgot the CARAMEL.. spent over 10 dollars for just a bitter coffee and milk combo.
the issue isn’t the coffee, it’s the service. the service is absolutely slow. after your order you’re waiting at least 20 minutes before getting to the window. once you get to the window you’re waiting another 10 minutes to even get your order. the quality of service needs to be improved asap.
Absolute worst Dunkin I’ve ever been too.!!!The ladies wanna argue with me in the drive-through about my drink that I ordered and I know what was supposed to be in my drink. They wanna argue with me and then still give me the wrong drink two times in a row have an attitude complete rude will never go back Dunkin Again Especially the one in Green Cove Springs never in my entire life dealt with such rude staff before I recommend zero people to go there horrible experience
Me and my friends came after a HARD day at school. The staff was so friendly and considerate, we were helped by Jonathan, very polite! We’ve never felt more welcomed in any other establishment. Dunkin has an excellent team that understands excellent service
