I'm not sure why, but this particular store has a bad habit of not substituting your item if they are out of what you order. They don't ask for what you want instead or give you something close to it. You just get what they have and obviously a few items may be missing. My brothers and sisters in Christ, if I ordered a donut that you are out of, you can just give me any donut and I'll be happy. I spent money for a donut and in this economy that matters.
I went with my son this morning for a special treat and the girl taking our order seemed to be confused and I was trying to explain as best as I could. First after ordering she did not get my son’s doughnut so I had to go back and ask for it(no biggy). Then my drink came out and when I looked at the receipt I realized my son’s drink was typed in wrong so I told her. She double checked that I was asking for the drink to be made with lemonade not limeade(which I appreciate). But then the food was ready….. my bagel was black…. ... read more
