I love my Dunkin. Starbucks will never replace it although they win in the hot chocolate department. The chocolate frosted donut was horrible. It was stale as heck and they must have changed the recipe. It'll be a long time before I get another donut from them but I will go back for the iced coffee everyday. There was some confusion because the folks that ordered behind me had the same first name. The employees fixed it and brought the correct order out.
