We stopped in for a quick coffee, but the experience was a complete letdown from start to finish. The staff was inattentive and rude—not just to us, but to other customers in line as well. It took far too long to even get acknowledged, and the whole interaction felt unprofessional. The dining area didn’t look like it had been cleaned in hours, and the bathrooms were honestly unacceptable—dirty floors, empty soap dispensers, and an overall smell that made us want to leave immediately. Customer service is much improved over the last few months
Hadn't been to this location in a while but went and got a frozen butter pecan coffee, strawberry lemon loaf and avocado toast and was very satisfied.
