This particular place is very disrespectful when it comes to customer service! You wait in line and they don't acknowledge you standing there. This includes the manager! Everybody can't be on drive- thru while you have people inside! They are unfriendly and don't welcome you in their establishment. I will not spend money where I am not appreciated.

Awesome stuff came out today, the tins are so cool and Rose suggested I try this cookie butter drink, it’s amazing, all the employees are always so nice, I love this Dunkin.
every single time i order my choca mocha iced latte they never give me what i ordered i don’t know if they’re lazy or what but ive even called and asked if they had it and they said yes. i’m tired of not getting the coffee i ordered. do your job
